How to grow a clamshell salad garden!

I just came across THIS cute tutorial (with videos - gotta love that!) at Earthbound Farms for making your own mini garden indoors using some recycled materials (a saved clamshell container) - fun times being able to grow your own food in the winter without a greenhouse!  This would also be a great activity for you and the kiddos to do together, and can easily be integrated into a homeschooling activity!
